The terms and conditions of this Policy are applicable to all non-member customers. The Restaurant created separate guidelines for customers who have Premium Diners
membership cards. Non-member customers can only book a reservation through a phone call, email, or online booking. Bookings are confirmed if customers receive aconfirmation email from the Restaurant.

Seating And Dining

Because of the Restaurants intimate space, it can only accommodate thirty (30) quests at time. Customers can make reservations up to three (3) months from the intended date and up to seventy-two (72) hours before the desired dining time. The Restaurant’ regular party size is ten (10) guests, and each quests required to partake in the eight (8) course chef selection menu or self picked options.

Payment Method

Customers are required to pay fifty percent (50%) of the overall billing upon reservation as initial payment. This is non-refundable and nor-returnable. If the. Customer is a no-show or cancels the reservation, the Restaurant will keep the initial payment. On the other hand, Customers can reschedule the reservation date seventy-two (72) hours before the new schedule.

Beverages and corkage

The Restaurant will charge the beverages upon consumption and strictly no YO. A corkage fee of iffy US dollars ($50) will be charged for any food and a rink.

Lunch reservations begin at 12:00 PM until 1:30 PM, and dinner reservations begin at 6:30 PM until 800 PM. Customers are welcome to arrive 30 minutes before reservation time to enjoy a pre-meal drink at the Restaurant's bar.

Rescheduling

The Restaurant will communicate with the Customer three (3) days before the reservation date. This is to confirm whether the reservation is ingle or to be scheduled. The Restaurant only allows the rescheduling of reservations once. It the Customer postpones the reservation again, the Restaurant will cancel the reservation immediately.

Cancellation

If a Customer cancels a reservation, the Restaurant will ot refund of return the initial payment. Also, the Customer will be required to pay ten (10) dollars as a cancelation fee. The Restaurant will only accept cancellations at least seven (7) days before the arranged dining time.

Dietary requirements

The Restaurant will accommodate a variety of dietary requirements with advance notice. Customers must ensure that al dietary requirements are included in the booking. If the dietary requirements are restrictive, please contact the Restaurant to discuss it.
